DIRECTIONS FOR USE

How to Use Maggie's Farm Spider & Insect Trap

Use Maggie's Farm Spider & Insect Trap to capture spiders, ants, cockroaches, crickets, silverfish, centipedes, and other crawling insects. The trap can be used for an active pest problem, or for prevention and detection.

Open the station: 

• Place the station on a table so you can read the Maggie’s Farm logo right side up.
• See Fig 1. Locate the raised pads on the two long sides of the Spider & Insect Trap station, just to the LEFT of center.

• See Fig 2. With your hands positioned OVER the station, use your LEFT hand to lightly squeeze the raised pads on the sides, and your RIGHT hand to slide the top ¼” to the RIGHT and lift off of the base.  (Lefties may find it easier to turn the station the other way and squeeze with the right hand and slide the top off with the left hand.)

Place the glue board inside the station: 

• Peel the protective paper off the glue board.
• Place glue board in the bottom of the station base, sticky side up.

Close the station: 

• Do the opposite of opening. Place the top of the station on the base, ¼” to the RIGHT of center. Then slide the top to the LEFT until it clicks into place.

Station Placement:

Place Maggie’s Farm Spider & Insect Trap on level surfaces, typically along walls or edges, close to where you have seen insect activity. Target areas where insects come inside, harbor, congregate or travel. Areas include: next to doorways or windows, next to or under appliances, by trash bins, in cabinets, under beds, and in garages, basements or outbuildings.
